For the month of September, Bánh Mì Station is serving delicious new specials to help curb Dallas’s climate impact for the Plant Based for the Planet challenge. 🌟 Pan Seared Ginger Tofu Bánh Mì – Marinated pan seared ginger tofu served with plant-based sriracha aioli, pickled carrots, daikon, cucumber & cilantro on a toasted fresh baguette 🌟 Tempeh Satay Summer Rolls – Grilled paprika tempeh, vermicelli noodles, romaine lettuce, red bell peppers, red cabbage, cucumber, cilantro & mint, wrapped in rice paper and served with a creamy coconut peanut sauce
