Banh Mi Station opened its doors on February 16, 2019, with a simple goal: to share bold, comforting Vietnamese flavors in a fresh and approachable way. Inspired by the classic Vietnamese banh mi, we set out to create a place where tradition meets creativity and quality is always at the heart of what we serve.
From the beginning, our menu has focused on Vietnamese banh mi sandwiches, soft and flavorful bao buns, and Asian-inspired salads and sides made with fresh ingredients and balanced flavors. Every item is crafted with care, combining authentic tastes with a modern twist that’s easy to enjoy any day of the week.
